Payment method and timing
- Credit card payment For the withdrawal date, please check the closing date and payment date of each credit card company you use.
- Convenience store payment After issuing a payment slip using the dedicated terminal at the convenience store, you can pay at the register. After the payment is completed, you will receive an email with the necessary payment information. You can use this payment information to make payments at convenience stores nationwide.
- Bank transfer You can transfer funds from any financial institution of your choice. Any bank fees will be borne by the customer.
- Paidy deferred payment Simply enter your email address and mobile phone number and complete SMS authentication to make a lump sum payment the following month (via convenience store payment, bank transfer, or direct debit). Furthermore, if you verify your identity using the Payday app, you can also use the fee-free 3, 6, or 12-month deferred payment plan, and you can also change the number of installments from the app after purchase.
Products will be shipped after all procedures and payment confirmation have been completed.
*For convenience store payments and bank transfers, if payment is not received within 3 days, your order will be automatically canceled. If you are unable to make the transfer in time, please be sure to contact us.
Returns, defective products, and cancellations
- We do not accept cancellations or returns after your order has been completed.
We take every precaution in product quality control and shipping, but in the event of an error in our inspection, packaging, or shipping, we will accept returns or exchanges if you contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. In this case, we will cover the fees for returns and exchanges. Please note that regardless of the reason, we will inspect the condition of the product and investigate the cause before issuing a refund.
Delivery time
- Excluding Sundays and public holidays (including Obon and New Year's holidays), orders will be shipped within 12:00pm on the same day or within 3 days. The shipping time varies depending on the products and quantity ordered, so please contact us in advance if you are in a hurry.
*We accept orders for delivery within 7 days of the order date. Please note that we cannot accommodate reservations.
Refund Policy
- The refund method will vary depending on the payment method used when placing your order. If you paid by credit card, the order will be canceled via your credit card. For all other payment methods, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. *Refunds made via bank transfer will be processed within 7 business days due to system limitations.
