Local Authority is a fashion brand from Los Angeles. Founded by two designers, Alan Sutcliffe and Jeff Skene, who share a passion for art and music, Alan worked at Chrome Hearts, while Jeff currently designs for numerous brands, including Volcom. Based in Malibu, the brand's bold graphics, inspired by the skate, surf, and bike culture of the LA underground scene, and vintage-finished pieces quickly gained attention. Local Authority's designs have established a solid reputation, worn by top fashionistas such as Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid, Kristen Stewart, and David Beckham, as well as numerous artists, including Adam Levine, Kendrick Lamar, The Weeknd, Young Thug, FUTURE, MIGOS, Avril Lavigne, Machine Gun Kelly, Swea Lee, Kim Kardashian, and Kourtney Kardashian.
