Brand	BASICKS. A fashion brand based in Tokyo. It is a new project by Masanori Morikawa, the designer behind CHRISTIAN DADA, who has led the domestic mode fashion scene for many years. A unisex brand with the concept of "Circulation/Outlining of Everyday Wear." Based on basic designs, everything is sewn with white stitching, visualizing design within everyday wear by "circulating/outlining" it. By giving the white stitching—often seen in existing designs—the meaning of an "outline," the brand creates new values similar to the readymade philosophy in the art scene, proposing that even as trends and styles change over time, the "outline" remains unchanged and continues to circulate.
