- Convenience store payment After issuing a payment slip using the dedicated terminal installed at the convenience store, you can pay at the register. After the payment is completed, you will receive an email with the numbers necessary for payment. You can use this payment information to make payments at convenience stores nationwide.
- Bank Transfer You can transfer funds from any financial institution that is convenient for you. Bank fees will be borne by the customer.
- Paidy Deferred Payment This service allows you to make a lump sum payment the following month (via convenience store payment, bank transfer, or direct debit) simply by entering your email address and mobile phone number and receiving SMS authentication. Furthermore, if you verify your identity using the Paidy app, you can also use the fee-free 3, 6, or 12-month deferred payment plan (installment plan), and you can also change the number of installments from the app after purchase.
Products will be shipped after all procedures and payment confirmation have been completed.
*For convenience store payments and bank transfers, if payment is not received within 3 days, your order will be automatically canceled. If you are unable to make the transfer in time, please be sure to contact us.
Shipping
- Yamato Transport/Sagawa Express Delivery will be made by one of the delivery companies from the store or warehouse.

For remote islands, shipping costs will be calculated separately. - Bulk purchase
If you order multiple items with separate shipping charges per delivery address, the shipping charge will be the same as the above price for one item. *Even if you order on the same day, shipping charges will be different for separate orders.
- Orders placed on weekdays and Saturdays will be delivered the next day at the earliest . Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays (including Obon and New Year's holidays) will be shipped on the same day or within 3 days, with the deadline being 12:00 noon.
The shipping time varies depending on the items and quantity ordered, so please contact us in advance if you are in a hurry.
*We accept orders for delivery within 7 days of the order date. Please note that we cannot accommodate reservations. - If no delivery date is specified, the earliest delivery date will be the next day for weekdays and Saturdays. Excluding Sundays and public holidays (including Obon and New Year's holidays), orders will be shipped on the same day or within three days, with the deadline being 12 noon.
- If you have specified a delivery date , you can specify the delivery date and time. You can choose from the following time slots.

We cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise with delivery after the item has been shipped, so please contact the delivery company directly.
- DHL Express
After we receive payment confirmation, we will send your items within 2-3 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from us with the tracking number included. - Shipping and Delivery
All international packages will be shipped via DHL.
Asia / Oceania: 1 - 3 days・Europe / South America / North America: 2 - 5 days・Other Countries: 1 - 5 days

We do not accept any cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
Exceptions include:

A refund will be requested and will appear back in your account within 2-3 business days.
*If we cannot issue an exchange for reasons such as out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
Gift Wrapping
We offer a service where you can have a gift wrapping set (flat rate) delivered together with your order.
We will deliver the appropriate size (S/M/L) depending on the size and contents of the product.
* Some large items may not be suitable for the gift wrapping set. In such cases, we will contact you separately.

* Wrapping materials and shopper designs may vary depending on the time of order.
The above sizes are only a guideline, so if you wish to change the wrapping size for your order, such as if you wish to have multiple items wrapped together, we will adjust the price before shipping. If you are purchasing multiple items and would like multiple wrapping sets, please write this in the comments section. Please note that we will charge you the price for each wrapping item.
Terms & Conditions
Please be sure to inspect the purchased product when it arrives. Our staff and outsourced companies inspect, pack, and ship the product, and we keep records of all processes from ordering to delivery.
We take every precaution in product quality control and shipping, but in the event of an error in our inspection, packaging, or shipping, we will accept returns or exchanges if you contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. In this case, we will cover the fees for returns and exchanges. Please note that regardless of the reason, we will inspect the condition of the product and investigate the cause before issuing a refund.
- Although we take great care in sharing inventory with our physical stores, there may be times when the item you ordered is out of stock. In such cases, we ask for your understanding.
- We do not handle any second-hand, fake or copy products.
- Please note that the sizes of the listed products are measured using a tape measure, so there may be slight errors.
- Due to exchange rates such as sudden appreciation or depreciation of the yen, prices may change without notice.
- Due to overseas standards, overseas brand and imported products may have minor stains such as uneven or splashed ink, or small scratches, loose threads, or other manufacturing imperfections that occur during the manufacturing process. However, please note that these will not be treated as second-hand or defective products.
- There may be slight variations in size depending on the body, but please understand that this is a characteristic of the product.
- Cut and sewn, denim, and handmade products are made from natural materials and are specially processed, so there may be individual differences between them. Please note that slight scratches and stains are intentionally made to enhance the appearance and texture, and do not constitute second-hand or defective products.
- There may be scratches or dents on the exterior packaging, such as the outer box or packaging, from the time of import or delivery, but please note that due to the nature of overseas brands and imported products, they will not be treated as used or defective items.
- Please note that we cannot handle any issues arising from orders placed under a false or non-real name.
- If the product is returned due to refusal to accept delivery or prolonged absence, we will charge a handling fee including the return and shipping costs. If we do not receive any further contact from you or if you do not pay the handling fee, we will refrain from future transactions with you and will take strict action, including legal action, so please be aware of this.
- If we determine that the case is malicious, we will file a police report and take small claims court proceedings. If you ignore this request, we will take legal action at the summary court that has jurisdiction over our store's location. Please note that you will be responsible for all costs associated with appearing in court.
In any case, we will respond in accordance with our company's rules, including the above.
Return & Exchange
We accept size exchanges for customer convenience. We will only do so if the desired size is in stock and you contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Please note that we do not accept returns, so please be sure to carefully consider and confirm the details before placing your order.
- Size exchanges are possible if you contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Handling fee: 1,000 yen (excluding tax) (customer is responsible for return shipping costs) *Size exchanges are not available in Okinawa and remote islands.
- If you would like to exchange the product, please complete the procedure within three days of contacting us, pack the product in the original packaging or other packaging that it was delivered in, and return it to the address above with prepaid shipping. *Please note that if you return the product with cash on delivery, we will charge you the cash on delivery shipping fee separately. Please note that we will not be able to process your return or exchange if you return the product without contacting us.
- *We will contact you. If we do not receive a reply within 3 days, your application will be declined. Please note that we will not be able to accommodate any further requests after that. *Exchanges for other sizes due to customer convenience will only be accepted once. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in-store for any products purchased on our online store.
Please note that in the event of a return or exchange, regardless of the reason, we will only process the matter after inspecting the product.

- If the product tags, name tags, etc. have been cut off or are missing.
- If the product box or accessories are missing.
- For products that come into close contact with the skin, such as underwear, socks, and innerwear.
- In the case of opening the packaging or removing or losing accessories other than the product itself.
- If the item is returned without contacting us.
- When using all sale items and coupons.
- In the case of special promotional products such as lucky bags/lucky boxes.
