Convenience Store Payment
You can make payments at the cash register after issuing a payment slip at a dedicated terminal in a convenience store. After the payment is completed, you will receive an email with the necessary payment numbers. Based on this payment information, you can pay at convenience stores nationwide.

You can make a transfer from a financial institution convenient for you. The financial institution's fees will be borne by the customer.

Paidy Postpaid
This service allows you to make a consolidated payment the following month (convenience store payment, bank transfer, account transfer) by simply entering your email address and mobile number and performing SMS authentication. Furthermore, if you verify your identity with the Paidy app, you can also use 3, 6, or 12 installments with no fees, and you can change the number of installments from the app after purchase.
Products will be shipped after various procedures or payment confirmation.
*For convenience store payments and bank transfers, if payment is not made within 3 days, the order will be automatically canceled. In the unlikely event that you are unable to make the transfer in time, please contact us.

Bulk Purchase
If you order multiple items that require shipping to the same address, the shipping fee will be equivalent to the cost for one item. *Even if orders are placed on the same day, separate orders will incur separate shipping fees.

Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from us with the tracking number included.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept any cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
Exceptions include:

A refund will be requested and will appear back in your account within 2-3 business days.
*If we cannot issue an exchange for reasons such as out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
Gift Wrapping
We offer a gift wrapping set (flat rate) that is included with your order.
We will provide an appropriate size (S/M/L) according to the size and contents of the product.
※Some large items may not be compatible with the gift wrapping set sizes. In such cases, we will contact you separately to inform you.
Wrapping bag, shopping bag, message card, envelope
※The design of the wrapping materials and shopping bag may vary depending on the time of order.
If you purchase multiple items and wish to have multiple items wrapped, please order the gift wrapping set for the corresponding number of items. Please note that you will be charged for the number of wrapping sets ordered.
Terms & Conditions
Please inspect the product carefully once it arrives. Our staff and contractors perform inspections, packaging, and shipping, and all operations from order to delivery are recorded.
While we take every precaution in product quality control and shipping operations, if there is an error in our inspection, packaging, or shipping, we will accept returns or exchanges if you contact us within 3 days of product arrival. In such cases, we will bear the handling fees for returns or exchanges. Please note that refunds will only be issued after we confirm the product's condition and investigate the cause, regardless of the reason.
- Due to shared inventory with our physical store, we take the utmost care, but there may be instances where an ordered item is out of stock. We kindly ask for your understanding in such cases.
- We do not handle used, counterfeit, or copy products whatsoever.
- Please allow for slight measurement discrepancies as product sizes are taken with a tape measure on the actual item.
- Prices may be subject to change without notice due to exchange rate fluctuations (sharp yen depreciation/appreciation).
- For international brands and imported products, there may be slight ink unevenness or splashes, minor dirt, small scratches from the manufacturing process, loose threads, or other imperfections due to overseas standards. However, these are not considered used or defective items.
- Sizes may vary slightly depending on the body of the product, but please understand this as a characteristic of the product.
- Cut-and-sew, denim products, and handmade products may have individual differences due to the use of natural materials or special processing. Please understand that minor scratches and dirt are intentional for appearance and texture and are not considered used or defective items.
- Outer packaging such as outer boxes and packages may have scratches or dents from import or delivery. However, due to the characteristics of international brands and imported products, these are not considered used or defective items.
- Orders must be placed under your real name. Please note that we cannot respond to problems caused by orders placed under a pseudonym or an name that is not your real name.
- If a product is returned due to customer's refusal to accept delivery or long-term absence, we will charge a handling fee including the round-trip shipping costs incurred for the return and reshipment. Furthermore, if we do not receive a response from you or if the handling fee is not paid, we will refrain from future transactions and take strict measures, including legal action.
- If a case is deemed malicious, we will file a police report and initiate small claims court proceedings. If this claim is ignored, we will take legal action at the summary court that has jurisdiction over our location. In such cases, all costs incurred for appearing in court will be borne by the customer.
In all cases, we will respond in accordance with our regulations, including those listed above.
Return & Exchange
We accept size exchanges for customer convenience. We can process exchanges only if the desired size is in stock and you contact us within 3 days of product arrival.
Please note that cancellations and returns after completing an order are not accepted. Due to our automatic processing system, cancellations and changes to orders after payment completion cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Please carefully consider and confirm the details before placing your order.

Handling fee ¥1,000 (tax excluded) (and customer is responsible for return shipping costs) *Okinawa and remote islands are not eligible for size exchange.
- If you wish to exchange an item, please complete the procedure within 3 days of contacting us and return the product in the original packaging or other suitable packaging to the address above, with shipping paid by you. *Please note that if the product is returned with shipping paid by the recipient, we will charge you the recipient-paid shipping fee separately. Please understand that we cannot process returns or exchanges if the item is returned without prior contact.
- *We will contact you in return. If you do not reply within 3 days, we will consider your request withdrawn. Please understand that we cannot respond after that. *We will only process one size exchange for customer convenience. Please note that returns or exchanges for any products purchased on our online store cannot be processed at our physical store.
Please note that for returns and exchanges, in all cases, we will process them after confirming the product at our company.

- If the product has been used even once after arrival, or if there is any sign of use.
- If wrinkles on leather products or enlarged belt holes are observed.
- If the product has odors such as perfume or tobacco.
- If the product has been washed or sent to a dry cleaner.
- If scratches or dirt occurred due to customer's negligence.
- If contact was not made within 3 days of product arrival.
- If product tags or labels have been cut off or are missing.
- If the product box or accessories are missing.
- For products that come into direct contact with the skin, such as underwear, socks, or innerwear.
- If the packaging excluding the product itself has been opened, or if accessories have been removed or are missing.
- If the product is returned without contacting us.
- For all sale items and items purchased using coupons.
- For special planning products such as lucky bags/boxes.
